Weddings are really picking up this last half of the year for me so stay tuned for what’s to come. But for today, I’m sharing the photos from Stefan and Kristie’s wedding, which took place in late July. It was a three-part ceremony like most Asian weddings, comprising of the traditional tea ceremony, church, and finally the reception. I started out covering the bride while my second shooter took care of the groom. It’s always exciting for me to pull the images together and see the commotion that occurs at two different places at exactly the same time. As you can tell from below, several friends and family joined the couple, making it full, fun, and memorable. It’s always a joy to capture how loved a couple is! Both the church and reception venue were beautiful beyond words. Their wedding at Prestonwood Country Club completely exceeded my expectations with orchids and hydrangeas adorning the tables and a candle lit environment.
At some point, I snuck the couple out for a quick, intimate session and it began pouring rain, but surprisingly, we were still able to capture some beautiful portraits! We finished the night off dancing, then with cake, and the grand exit. Hope you guys enjoyed this snapshot of Stefan and Kristie’s special day!
